Escrow
Escrow includes a method for awarding educational credits for previous learning. A block of nursing credits for previous learning is granted after the student has successfully completed a specified number of credits in the receiving school. Escrow credits may be termed as vertical credits or articulation credit.
Why Advance my Education?
The career opportunities as well as the nature of the work in healthcare today require ongoing education and training. With advanced education, nurses may choose to specialize, seek more independent functioning, or select from an increasing number of emerging new career choices.
Healthcare institutions are paying salary differentials and incentives to return to school for advanced education. Through advanced education, you will develop new nursing skills and knowledge and fulfill a sense professional accomplishment.
Advisor
You may contact a nursing advisor through the Internet, an in-person visit or via telephone. Click to see advisor information for each program. You may also choose to communicate with the SNAC member in the region of your program of interest.
Talk to an Advisor
Yes, you will glean the most current information from an advisor, as academic requirements may change over time. From the advisor, you can obtain answers to your specific questions.
